Dmitry and his team did great work for us. He communicated with us promptly and gave a clear estimate. The driveway was badly rutted, and he fixed that and reoriented a turnaround for us. He was flexible and pleasant to deal with when we wanted changes. We would highly recommend!

I initially hired Upstate Land FIX to repair my gravel driveway, which over the past 30+ years had become badly rutted and gouged out to the extent that cars could not enter or exit without hitting the asphalt roadway or the concrete apron by the garage entrance. Dmitri and his crew did a spectacularly good job. I learned that they did many other kinds of projects – and I was so impressed with their driveway work that I hired them to take on the remediation of the basement water problems that had been plaguing me for years. The installed a French drain to address the water coming in via ground seepage; removed and replaced moldy drywall; fixed a leaking pipe; patched cracks with hydraulic cement; and removed the utterly disgusting and hazardous fiberglass ceiling insulation. In the process, they discovered and repaired a problem with the A/C ductwork that was allowing contaminated basement air into the house. They also removed equally horrible insulation from the crawlspace under the garage, and replaced it with a quality product. They injected some insulation in the garage wall that was the back of the living room wall, thus helping to solve the chilliness in the LVR. Throughout the whole process they kept me informed and involved in remedies for any unexpected developments. Dmitri and his crew are as skilled and helpful as any people I’ve ever worked with, except moreso. They are hard working, communicative and knowledgeable. I hope to hire them for future projects – siding repair and landscaping. I can recommend them without reservation.

Highly recommended. Dmitry and his crew repaired a badly rutted gravel driveway for us. Communication was prompt, clear, and professional. Work was done in a timely manner, exactly as described. It wasn’t the cheapest estimate we got, but it was the most thorough, and we’re glad we went with Upstate.

I hired Upstate Land FIX after speaking with several companies. Of all the suggestions and bids, Upstate Land FIX provided the solution that felt the most informed, thorough, and made sense. I must say that Dmitry and his crew were some of the most professional folks I’ve ever encountered. Dmitry was on time at every single meeting, he arrived when promised, he delivered speedy estimates, and most importantly he problem solved at every stage, trying his best not to go over my budget, while still delivering results on time, all while it was raining during the job. I had a simple French drainage system to install and a more intricate foundational issue around the house. Though I’m sure it was a smaller job for Dmitry and his crew, he treated it with care, oftentimes showing up to pitch in and make sure he explained the entire process. His level of commitment and honesty are rare. I had such a great experience and I offer my highest recommendation. I will definitely be working with them again.

We are pleased with the work Dmitry, Mike and Dekota did on our property. They cleared a path in my woods and dug an open drainage ditch to divert most of the water from coming down through my yard. They put in a French drain midway in my yard and also raised/stabilized my deck stairs which had been sinking from ground water erosion. If you want a professional estimate, clear communications and a job well done, you should hire Upstate Land FIX.
